The paperwork must be completely filled out. Do not sign it yet! The inmate must sign it in front of the notary.
Have the inmate’s full legal name and their "Booking Number" or "ID Number" ready.
Know our travel fee and notary fee upfront so there is no delay.
It is always a good idea to make sure your lawyer has seen the papers before they are notarized.
